Creating USB drive for decryption

Hi,
I would like to decrypt a system from USB because windows cannot boot, and I would like to recover my data.
On the old site there was a step by step guide on how to do this, but now i can't find it anywhere.
Could you please help?

create a windows 2 go boot drive using a tool like rufus
boot the windows 2 go install diskcryptor in it, reboot.
decrypt the partition youant to decrypt
