Did you 1. format the disk through DC directly? Or 2. first quick format with windows than encrypt with DC? From your description I understand you did case 1, right? Hi, It works well, just don't set any wiping mode, to not necessarily wear out your SSD, that wont improve anything. The paranoid rule about SSD's is that due to wear leveling and hidden over provisioning sectors, once plain text with truly sensitive data touched the SSD just throw it into a furnace...

Ok, with a bios boot I could reproduce the issue, I will look into how to solve that properly, but as a workaround for now what worked for me just fine was to install manually through the Tools menu the bootloader to booth disks and when encrypting the system volume skip the external boot-loader cre...

hmm... that is a different config from mine, on my system the efi partition itself was not mirrored.... How do I get a setup as you have? With diskmgmt.msc I can't add a mirror for the uefi system partition only for the windows partition. Sorry for the email notification issue will check it out when...

That's Strange... I did some testing with a VMWare virtual machine with dynamic volumes and mirroring of the system partition and it seamed to work fine on booth; UEFI and BIOS boot. what exactly happens? cant you select the drop down option to install to HDD? or when you select it it does not show ...
